This Week in the Garden

Lots of both rain and sun (for a change) in the garden this week.  The rain is good for the new sod in front of our little garden shed, the sun is good for the flowers!


I finally finished the new side garden.  This year I put landscape cloth down and mulched it.  Next year, more plants!  (I did salvage some flowers from my neighbor's yard when they did some new landscaping though...we'll see if they actually grow.)

I think these are the last of the tulips.  So sad!

The columbine are doing well!

 

My rhubarb is a little out of control.  Next year I will transplant some to...somewhere.  The garlic is doing well despite the crowding though!
