In the Garden

Yesterday was a bonus day.  The weather was supposed to be horrible, in fact, we were supposed to have terrible thunderstorms.  But it didn't rain yesterday, and we all enjoyed quality time on the deck in the late afternoon enjoying the sun.  Today it is raining, but a gentle spring rain.

These are the new planters I received for Mother's Day. I am looking forward to summer dinners on the deck!

We have had such a late spring.  But it is worth it to see all my bulbs blooming now (ignore the dandelion in the foreground).
